DUO+ transport services for people with specific transport needs

Summary

The municipalities of Diemen, Ouder-Amstel and Uithoorn are procuring an integrated passenger transport service for people with specific transport needs. It covers Wmo transport, student transport, transport under the Youth Act and transport arising from the Participation Act, including organising, coordinating and operating the services; the estimated volume is approximately 4,500 trips per month. The contract is not divided into lots and is due to start on 1 August 2027, with an initial six-year term and two possible two-year extensions. The estimated maximum value over ten years is EUR 39,300,000 excluding VAT.
