Procurement of a permitting, supervision and enforcement case management system

Summary

RegIT is conducting a joint procurement for the municipalities of Oldambt and Veendam for usage rights to, supply of, implementation of, data migration to, management, maintenance and support of a SaaS permitting, supervision and enforcement case management system. The procurement is not divided into lots, and each municipality will sign a separate contract with the selected supplier. The initial contract term is 5 years, with four possible 2-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 13 years; the value limits are EUR 625,000 and EUR 1,820,000.
