Ground raising in Holy, Phase 4

Summary

The Municipality of Vlaardingen is procuring an integrated public-space reconstruction contract for Wilgendreef, Elzendreef, IJsselhoevedreef and part of Populierendreef. The works include removing existing paving, excavating and raising the ground by approximately 0.30–0.70 m, installing new paving and sewer infrastructure including transferred household connections, and directing rainwater to open water. The project also includes restoring green areas, installing street furniture, coordinating the works and handing them over; private gardens and rear paths are excluded. The works are planned for 2027 and the contract is not divided into lots.
