Maintenance, replacement and fault response for public lighting 2027–2034

Summary

The Municipality of Berkelland is establishing a framework agreement with one contractor to manage and maintain the municipality’s public lighting, remedy faults and damage, and replace and install lighting through project-based orders. The scope covers approximately 9,041 lighting columns and 9,120 luminaires, including a 24-hour fault service, supply and replacement of luminaires and columns, coordination with the grid operator, and management of lighting asset data. The estimated value is approximately EUR 2–8 million; the agreement runs for four years and may be extended twice for two years each.
