In-Depth Personal Leadership Development Intervention (VPL)

Summary

Rijksinkoopsamenwerking is procuring the design, preparation, organisation and delivery of an in-depth personal leadership development intervention for the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations’ Directorate-General for the Senior Civil Service. The intervention will support four leadership programmes: the candidate programme for future senior executives, the TMG top programme, ABD LaB and OPL for experienced managers; each programme’s intervention lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 days. The service also includes preparation with participants and reporting after each intervention. The contract runs for four years and has a maximum value of EUR 1,500,000.
