B1 and Z integration learning pathways in the Zwolle region

Summary

The Municipality of Zwolle is procuring Dutch-language lessons and Knowledge of Dutch Society (KNM) for the B1 and Z integration learning pathways on behalf of municipalities in the Zwolle region. The contract is divided into two lots: the B1 pathway, with an indicative average intake of 210 participants per year, and the Z pathway, with an indicative average of 70. One framework agreement will be awarded for each lot, initially for two years from 1 May 2027, with extensions of up to four 12-month periods and a maximum term of six years. The estimated values over the full term, including extensions, are €14.35 million for the B1 lot and €8.3 million for the Z lot.
