Summary
Cibap is procuring temporary personnel in two lots: teaching staff and education-support staff for its school in Zwolle. The framework agreement is planned for 24 months, with two possible 12-month extensions, and two suppliers will be appointed per lot for subsequent mini-competitions. The estimated annual value is €500,000 excluding VAT per lot, with a maximum framework value of €2.5 million excluding VAT per lot. Interim management roles are outside the scope.
