Cleaning and inspection of stormwater drainage systems

Summary

The tender covers cleaning and inspecting stormwater drainage structures and systems managed by the Province of Utrecht. The contractor must establish the systems’ quantities, types, functions, materials, owners and managers, and assess their technical and structural condition. The work also includes identifying necessary maintenance, repairs and replacements, keeping asset-management records up to date, and preparing a multi-year maintenance plan, an overview of measures and costs, current maps, and repair-work descriptions using the RAW system. The initial contract term is 24 months from 2027. The contracting authority may extend it on the same terms up to four times, for 12 months each. Evaluation considers the bidder’s CO2 performance ladder level, responsible treatment and reuse of residual materials, plans to make its equipment and working methods more sustainable, and scheduling and risk management for work planned in 2027 and 2028. Prices must be submitted using the pricing schedule; every price field must be completed, and zero or negative prices are not allowed.
