Hiring of Flexible Labour

Summary

The Municipality of Tynaarlo is procuring flexible labour services from 1 April 2027 in three lots: temporary agency workers (lot 1, estimated value €4,000,000), flexible-labour intermediation, including self-employed professionals and secondees (lot 2, €16,400,000), and a pool of staff for civil affairs and the customer contact centre (lot 3, €1,200,000). The total estimated value is €21,600,000. According to the description, one framework contractor will be appointed for each lot.
