Foam firefighting vehicles for industrial incident response

Summary

The tender covers the design, supply, fitting-out and handover, ready for use in 2028, of three foam firefighting vehicles for industrial incident response. The scope also includes inspections and approvals, documentation, training for users and mechanics, and the tools, software and other provisions needed for the authority to maintain the vehicles itself. The bid must cover the complete package and stay within €2,700,000 excluding VAT; the prices for the vehicles, training and maintenance provisions must be shown separately. Bids will be evaluated on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. The quality assessment covers the chassis and bodywork, foam system, pump and monitors, controls, proven technology and reliability, maintenance and self-sufficiency, and delivery and training. Tenderers must provide at least one satisfactory reference from the previous three years for a comparable specialist firefighting vehicle, demonstrate the required liability insurance or provide an insurer’s undertaking, and submit a signed European Single Procurement Document and the required bid forms. Bids must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 1 December 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for at least 90 days.
