Major renovation of Geuzencollege Holy

Summary

The tender concerns the major renovation of Lentiz Geuzencollege Holy, at Willem de Zwijgerlaan 230 in Vlaardingen. A single contractor will carry out the building renovation, building-services installation, interior and finishing work, and all other work needed to hand over the school building complete and ready for use. The project aims to modernise the building and extend its useful life; the school will not be in use during the works. The construction budget is €3,570,000 excluding VAT. This is an open national procedure, and price is the only award criterion: the compliant bid with the lowest valid total price will win.
