Framework agreement for measurement and control technology migration works at and within Amsterdam UMC

Summary

The tender concerns works for the migration and replacement of measurement and control technology in and at Amsterdam UMC. The scope includes building and installing control cabinets, DDC substations and software, field equipment, necessary cabling, dismantling of pneumatic systems, design and engineering, programming, commissioning, testing, adjustment and delivery of as-built documentation. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to three suppliers for four years, with a unilateral option to extend it up to two times by two years; the maximum duration is eight years. The indicative value of the works is approximately EUR 15,000,000 per year excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted by 1 September 2026 at 14:30. Quality accounts for 70% and price for 30% of the evaluation; quality covers planning and quality assurance, sustainable operations and transparent budgeting. The tender price must be between EUR 3,100,000 and EUR 5,225,000 excluding VAT.
