Framework agreement for the supply of trees and planting materials for the Municipality of Heerlen

Summary

The Municipality of Heerlen is establishing a framework agreement for on-demand deliveries of trees and planting materials in two lots: lot 1 for trees and lot 2 for planting materials. The estimated contract value is EUR 270,000 for trees and EUR 420,000 for planting materials over three years; the framework agreement is planned for two years with three possible one-year extensions, up to five years. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots. Deliveries must normally take place within 10 working days, without split deliveries, during working days from 08:00 to 12:00, and all communication must be in Dutch. Offers must be submitted electronically by 24 August 2026 at 12:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: the approach plan accounts for 60% and price for 40%. The contractor must also allocate at least 2% of the contract value to Social Return.
