Framework agreement for landscaping and renovation in Land van Cuijk municipality

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the creation, renovation and maintenance of green areas in the municipality of Land van Cuijk for up to four years. The contractor will mainly carry out tree removal, soil and fertilisation works, site preparation, planting, ancillary planting works, maintenance and plant guarantee services, as well as plant supply. The contract is awarded on the basis of best price-quality ratio, with price and quality each weighted at 50%. A bidder must submit the required qualification documents, two references per core competence, a plan of approach of up to three single-sided A4 pages, and the required certificates. The bidder must hold a valid Groenkeur BRL Groenvoorziening certificate and a valid VCA** certificate. The plan of approach must be anonymous and cover cooperation, quality, capacity, safety, communication, reporting, contract control, knowledge and innovation. The bidder must also comply with the Dutch-language submission rules and the UEA requirements.
