SIEM, SOC and SOAR services

Summary

The tender concerns integrated SIEM, SOC and SOAR services for Veiligheidsregio Noord- en Oost-Gelderland (VNOG). VNOG wants one framework agreement for delivery, implementation, setup, management and further development of the service. The contract runs for 4 years and may be extended twice by 2 years, up to 8 years in total. The budget ceiling is EUR 1,400,000 excluding VAT and excluding additional services; bids above that ceiling are excluded. The procedure is a two-stage restricted procedure. In the selection stage, up to 5 candidates will be shortlisted. In the award stage, the contract will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. The tender documents require proof of registration, insurance, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II or equivalent, MISA membership, and references for the core competencies. The candidate must also submit S1 and S2 descriptions and the required declarations.
