Summary

The tender concerns the redevelopment of the Drostenerf area in central IJsselmuiden. The selected contractor is expected to act as an integrated project developer or developing contractor and to handle planning, design development, permitting, construction, phasing, delivery and cooperation with the municipality and other stakeholders. The project includes 70 to 80 step-free apartments, at least 28 social rental homes, a childcare/education centre, a community meeting space, possible care-related commercial space, a green park zone with water storage, and parking. The award is based on quality only. The bidder must submit a quality concept covering area vision, process and phasing, participation and support, quality assurance in execution, and cooperation approach. The bidder must also meet strict financial, experience, certification and registration requirements, and must provide the required UEA and supporting forms.
