Supply of gas (sourcing) and programme responsibility

Summary

This tender concerns the supply of natural gas and the assumption of programme responsibility for AGEM Gemeentelijke Energie B.V. for 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2031, with three possible one-year extensions. The estimated annual volume is about 1.4 million m³. The contract is awarded on the basis of the lowest price. A bidder must submit the UEA, a reference form, a form accepting the programme of requirements, and the bid form. The bidder must be authorised to act as programme responsible party, hold a valid full recognition as such or rely on a third party’s full recognition via the GTS register, provide at least one similar reference contract, and be affiliated with Energie-Nederland. All documents must be in Dutch and the bid must be submitted electronically via TenderNed.
