Media services

Summary

The tender concerns integrated media services for LVNL. The contractor will provide strategic media consultancy, media buying, campaign execution, monitoring, optimisation and evaluation. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 for two years, with two possible one-year extensions, up to 31 December 2030. The estimated value is about EUR 500,000 per year excluding VAT. Bidders must submit three comparable references from the last three years, a completed UEA, and the required supporting documents. The bidder must be able to provide junior, medior and senior staff with real, usable hourly rates. If a level is not actually available or priced, the bid is invalid. The tender also requires compliance with LVNL’s quality management, e-invoicing and data protection/security requirements.
