Selection of electrical and mechanical installers for Nieuwkoop swimming pool new build

Summary

The tender concerns the selection of installers for the new Nieuwkoop swimming pool. The contract is divided into two lots: electrical installations and mechanical installations. It is a two-stage restricted procedure. In the first stage, up to five candidates per lot are selected for the award stage. Participation is electronic via TenderNed, and bids/requests to participate must be submitted in Dutch. For both lots, the bidder must demonstrate relevant experience through references. The electrical lot requires at least one reference for electrical installations in a public utility building; the mechanical lot requires at least one reference for mechanical installations in a public utility building. The reference must be a new build or major renovation, cover at least 1,500 m² GFA, and be no older than 5 years. A satisfaction statement is required for each reference. The notice also refers to UEA submission, company register extract, GVA, tax authority certificate, ISO 9001, VCA** or equivalent, liability insurance of at least EUR 1,000,000 per claim, and a bank guarantee of 5% of the final contract sum excluding VAT for the awarded bidder.
