Riga’s municipal Department of Outdoor Space and Mobility is procuring building-management services for its premises at Zigfrīda Annas Meierovica Boulevard 1 k-2, Riga, for 24 months, from 3 February 2027 to 2 February 2029. The services include maintenance and monitoring of heating, electrical, water and sewerage systems, roof and rainwater drainage, access systems and other building equipment, as well as technical security and on-call emergency response, which must begin within 60 minutes of a call. The scope also includes arranging annual fire-extinguisher maintenance and carrying out pest control and disinfection when needed.
