Snow and ice removal from the roofs of multi-apartment residential buildings

Summary

SIA “Dobeles Namsaimnieks” is procuring snow and ice removal from the roofs, eaves, gutters and window sills of multi-apartment residential buildings in Dobele and Dobele Municipality. The single, indivisible contract covers flat and pitched roofs; the estimated evaluation quantities are 20,315 m² for roof cleaning, 3,593 m² for cleaning gutters and eaves on flat roofs, and 5,809 m² for cleaning gutters and eaves on pitched roofs. The contract runs until 30 April 2027 or until its maximum value of EUR 41,999.99 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first.
