Biomass boiler house renovation works in Roja based on the prepared construction design

Summary

SIA Talsu Namsaimnieks is procuring renovation works for the biomass boiler house at Dārza iela 5 in Roja. The works include two 980 kW boiler units, fuel storage and feed systems, flues, ash removal, controls, water and heating systems, electrical and safety systems, associated building and site works, testing and commissioning. Service maintenance for the boiler house is also included for a 24-month period. The hot-start test must be completed by 1 October 2027 and all works by 31 December 2027.
