Organisation of moving services

Summary

Riga City Municipality’s Housing and Environment Department is procuring moving services for tenants of municipally owned homes, covering up to 150 apartments per year. The service includes packing belongings, dismantling furniture, carrying and transporting items to a new residence, unpacking and reassembling furniture, and, when needed, small additional tasks such as removing or refitting lights, curtain rails and blinds. The contract is not divided into lots, runs for up to 12 months or until the EUR 30,000 (excluding VAT) contract ceiling is reached, whichever occurs first, and covers Riga and specified nearby locations.
