Summary

SIA Saldus Komunālserviss is procuring chimney, chimney-base and ventilation-duct cleaning services for apartment buildings across Saldus municipality. The single, undivided contract covers an indicative list of 119 buildings and includes related inspections, technical-condition reports and the other services specified in the technical specification. Services will be ordered as needed for up to 24 months or until the maximum contract value of EUR 90,000 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first.
