Summary

The Liepāja 2027 Foundation is procuring photography services and video production services in two lots. The framework agreements will run until 31 October 2028 or until the relevant ceiling is reached, whichever comes first: EUR 40,000 excluding VAT for photography and EUR 110,000 excluding VAT for video.
