Supply of cameras for development projects

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of broadcasting and filming equipment for development projects. It has three lots: additional studio cameras (up to EUR 51,000 excluding VAT), additional outside-broadcast filming equipment (up to EUR 37,000), and additional lenses for broadcast cameras (up to EUR 102,000). The total ceiling is EUR 190,000. Bidders may tender for one or more lots. Depending on the lot, the goods include a studio camera and control panel, field-production cameras and accessories, a tripod, and lenses. The equipment described for the second lot includes, among other items, full-frame cinema and reporter cameras, lenses, batteries, chargers and carrying bags. All equipment must be new, unused and supplied in its original packaging. Delivery is due within one month of the contract entering into force, at Zaķusalas krastmala 33, Riga. The minimum warranty is 24 months. Offers are scored on price (85 points), maximum equipment power consumption (5 points) and warranty period (10 points). An advance payment of up to 50% of the contract value may be made. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers and evidence of manufacturer authorisation or of lawful product origin and the manufacturer’s warranty.
