Establishment of a Day-Care Centre for Older People in the Dienvidkurzeme Region

The procurement covers conversion of the building at Lielā iela 58 into a day-care centre for pension-age people in the Dienvidkurzeme region. The works include construction and conversion of the building and its engineering systems, demolition, and landscaping, in accordance with the project and specified work quantities. The scope also includes the materials, site setup, documentation, insurance and work needed to make the facility ready for use. The works must be completed within eight months of signing the site handover and acceptance certificate; technological stoppages are excluded from this period. The offer must cover the full scope, remain valid for at least six months and include a minimum 60-month warranty for the works. Price is the sole award criterion, and prices are compared excluding VAT. Bidders must meet the specified construction experience requirement and provide a team of certified specialists. A compliant technical and financial offer, including the work cost estimates, is required. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian.
