Purchase of a used cargo van

Summary

The tender is for one used cargo van for SIA “Ķekavas sadzīves servisa centrs” in Ķekava. The vehicle must have been manufactured in 2020 or later, have no more than 200,000 km on the odometer, and be a diesel four-wheel-drive vehicle (4x4). It must have L2 length, H1 height, a cargo area at least 2,000 mm long, a gross vehicle weight of no more than 3,500 kg, a manual gearbox with at least five gears, and at least five belted seats in two rows. The van must have the specified equipment, a valid roadworthiness inspection and registration with the Latvian Road Traffic Safety Directorate; a one-month warranty is required for the main components. The bidder must submit a technical offer stating the vehicle’s make, model and exact specifications, supporting descriptive and illustrative materials, and a financial offer. Bids must comply with the tender documents. The contract goes to the compliant bidder offering the lowest price excluding VAT. Delivery is due within one month of contract signing. Payment is due within 10 working days after delivery, signature of the handover and acceptance certificate, and receipt of the invoice. The bidder must meet the registration and exclusion requirements.
