Business travel and work-trip arrangement services

Summary

The procurement is for organising business trips and work travel for the BIOR Institute of Food Safety, Animal Health and Environment for 36 months. The provider must arrange, among other things, flight and hotel bookings and travel insurance in accordance with the technical specification. The estimated contract value is EUR 500,000 excluding VAT. The offer must include technical and financial proposals. Offers will be assessed on price (up to 30 points), total time spent travelling (40 points), distance between the hotel and the event venue (10 points), and total trip cost (20 points). Offers must be submitted electronically and prepared in Latvian. The bidder must demonstrate the required registrations and experience under at least two qualifying previous contracts.
