Purchase of an electric car and its specialized tools

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase of one electric vehicle and its specialised tools, together with training for the contracting authority’s staff. Delivery must be completed in Riga within five months of contract signature. The procurement is not divided into lots, and its estimated total value is EUR 64,496. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price; if prices are equal, the offer with the longer warranty will be preferred. To participate, bidders must be properly registered, demonstrate experience supplying at least one electric vehicle during 2023–2026, and submit compliant technical and financial offers. A EUR 1,200 bid guarantee is also required. The successful bidder must provide a contract performance guarantee and a warranty-period guarantee.
