Moodle LMS Development and Consultancy Services

Summary

Riga Stradins University is procuring the development and enhancement of Moodle LMS plugins, together with consultancy, necessary licences and support. Services will be ordered as needed. The contract will run for up to 24 months or until the contract value of EUR 140,000 excluding VAT has been used, whichever occurs first. The contracting authority is not required to use the full amount. Changes delivered under the service will have a three-month free warranty. The procurement is not divided into lots, and an offer must cover the complete scope. The provider must meet the experience, turnover, certification and lead-expert requirements. The offer must include a technical solution and a financial proposal in accordance with the tender documents. The winner is selected by total points, taking into account hourly rates for consultancy and change requests, as well as the quality of the IP-002 solution. Goods and services originating in Russia or Belarus must not be used in performing the contract.
