Supply and installation of a pellet heating boiler and pellet storage tank at the Kalsnava nursery

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of a pellet-fired heating boiler and pellet storage tank at the LVM Kalsnava nursery, including connection to the existing engineering systems, adjustment and commissioning. The delivery and installation site is Pārupes iela 7, Jaunkalsnava, Kalsnava parish, Madona municipality. The complete scope must be delivered under one contract within three calendar months of contract signature. Bids must cover the entire procurement; variants are not permitted. The bid must comply with the technical specification and include technical and financial offers, together with manufacturer information for the proposed equipment. The bidder must have the relevant registration, experience completing at least one equivalent pellet-boiler supply and installation during the previous three years, and a certified specialist holding the required valid qualification. Bids must be submitted electronically in Latvian. Evaluation awards up to 85 points for price, 10 for the warranty period and 5 for the equipment’s energy-efficiency class.
