Maintenance and repair of engineering utilities at the Latvian National History Museum castle building

Summary

The tender covers maintenance and repair of the engineering utilities and building systems at the castle building of the Latvian National History Museum, Pils laukums 3, Riga. The work includes electrical and low-voltage systems, ventilation and cooling, and heating and water-supply systems. The contract will run for up to 12 months from signature of the site handover and acceptance certificate, or until the amount payable for services reaches EUR 120,000 excluding VAT. The procurement is not divided into lots, and variants are not permitted. To participate, a bidder must be registered in the relevant register, have average net turnover of at least EUR 240,000 over the previous three financial years, and have maintained engineering utilities during 2023–2026 up to the submission deadline in at least one public building with a total area of at least 5,000 m². The contract requires appropriately qualified specialists for electrical, low-voltage, ventilation, cooling, heating and water-supply systems, with the specified experience and evidence; certain work also requires a licence for handling ozone-depleting substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases. The offer must include, among other items, technical and financial offers and be submitted electronically through EIS in Latvian. Price evaluation allocates 90 points to regular work prices and 10 points to the fixed hourly rate for repair work.
