Production and delivery of teaching and methodological materials

Summary

The procurement covers the production and delivery of printed teaching and methodological materials. Lot 1 requires 2,000 teacher’s books and 2,000 children’s workbooks for the set “Gribu iet skolā”. Lot 2 requires 1,500 copies of the methodology book “Mācīt un mācīties lingvistiski neviendabīgā vidē”; bidders must submit two offer variants for this lot, with the book approximately 120 or 132 pages long. The work includes preparing files for printing, printing and any other necessary production, assembling, packing and storing the materials, and arranging delivery to all 42 Latvian education authorities and the contracting authority. The bidder must appoint one project manager, compile a delivery-address database, agree the delivery plan with the contracting authority, and provide signed delivery and acceptance records. The contract must be completed within two calendar months, and a detailed schedule must be agreed with the contracting authority within one week of contract signature. The estimated value is up to EUR 28,667 excluding VAT. The compliant offer with the lowest price will be selected by adding the price for Lot 1 to the prices for both Lot 2 variants; the contracting authority will choose which Lot 2 variant to order under the contract.
