Supply and Installation of High-Pressure Pumps

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of two new high-pressure centrifugal pumps at SIA “Rīgas ūdens”’s Baltezers water pumping station, together with technical maintenance during the warranty period. The pumps must meet detailed technical requirements, including a nominal flow rate of 1,200–1,250 m³/h, a 72 m operating head and efficiency of at least 87%. The supplier must also plan for removal of the existing pumps, installation of the new equipment and restoration of the electrical connections, and provide the required installation and test records. The pumps must be delivered no later than 340 calendar days after the contract takes effect and installed within 56 calendar days after the relevant request from the contracting authority. The warranty must last at least 24 months, with maintenance performed according to the manufacturer's schedule. The bid must specify the technical parameters, include manufacturer evidence of compliance and state energy consumption. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous bid: pump energy consumption carries up to 80 points and the price of the pumps up to 20 points. A site visit during bid preparation is mandatory, except for bidders who visited the site for either of the two earlier competitions identified in the tender documents. The bidder must have the required registration, its signatory must have authority to represent it, and it must be entitled to distribute the pumps and maintain the manufacturer's warranty in Latvia or the European Union. The bid must include qualification, technical and financial information and be submitted electronically in Latvian. Statutory exclusion grounds and sanctions restrictions also apply.
