Bulky Waste and Construction Debris Removal

Summary

Riga Stradins University is procuring a service for removing bulky waste and construction debris. The work includes supplying and placing containers of different sizes on request, removing them, and collecting and removing any waste that falls outside the containers. The offered containers must cover the sizes listed in the technical specification: 5.5 m³, 7 m³, 8 m³ without doors, 8 m³ with opening doors, 10 m³, 16 m³ with opening doors, and 22 m³ (generally with a tolerance of ±10%). A container must be delivered within one working day after a request and removed no later than seven working days after a removal request. The service is to be provided at the university’s sites within Riga’s administrative territory; site addresses may change or additional sites may be added. The contract will run for up to 24 months or until the contract ceiling of EUR 41,322.31 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. The parties may agree to extend the term by up to 12 months without exceeding the ceiling. The compliant bid with the lowest total price will win; in the event of a tie, the price for the 8 m³ container without doors is compared first, followed by the price for the 8 m³ container with opening doors. Bidders must hold a valid authorisation to collect and transport bulky and construction waste in Riga and submit the required application, independent-bid declaration, technical offer and financial offer. Prices must include all costs, and goods or services originating in Russia or Belarus must not be used in performing the contract.
