Design documentation and author supervision for the reconstruction of Dravnieku, Spīdolas and Parka streets in Lielvārde

Summary

The contract covers preparation of design documentation for reconstruction of an approximately 1,500-metre section of Dravnieku, Spīdolas and Parka streets in Lielvārde, together with author supervision during construction. The work includes solutions for the streets and pedestrian and cycling routes, street lighting, stormwater drainage, traffic-management measures where needed, and utility networks, including a design for relocating electricity network assets. At least four visualisations illustrating the design solutions must be provided. The design task must be coordinated and the documentation completed within seven months of contract signature; author supervision continues until the construction works are completed. The tenderer’s average turnover over the last three closed financial years must be at least EUR 25,000 excluding VAT. During the previous three years, the tenderer must have completed at least one contract for the design of a new street or the reconstruction of a street. The team must include a construction project manager holding a valid road-design certificate and the required relevant experience. The offer must be submitted electronically and include technical and financial proposals.
