Supply of a low-temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilizer

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a low-temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilizer, including delivery, installation, training and commissioning. The bid must include all costs (delivery and commissioning). After contract signing the bidder shall provide a manufacturer-approved list of technical maintenance and supervisory work and their intervals. On-site training for up to 5 personnel at the customer site (Vasarnicu Street 20, Daugavpils Regional Hospital) with a training certificate copy; additional on-site/refresher training within one year upon request. The device and its components must be new, not older than 12 months from the order date. Installation and commissioning must comply with MK Regulation Nr. 461. Warranty for at least 24 months from the acceptance date; warranty repair/maintenance to be performed by a certified engineer with 24-hour response. If the repair lasts more than one day, a replacement device must be provided. Downtime must not exceed 10 working days. During the warranty the bidder must provide service including spare parts, transport and personnel. The system must include at least four sterilization programs. Payment terms are 15 calendar days from receipt of all technical documentation and signing of the acceptance act. The device must comply with MDR 2017/745 and 93/42/EEC, with CE certificate and Declaration of Conformity; the bidder must provide evidence of rights to supply and service within the European Union (including Latvia).
