Supply of kokles to Riga Jugla Music School

Summary

The tender covers the supply of new kokles to Riga Jugla Music School in two lots: a concert kokle with switches and a Ligo kokle. Bidders may tender for one or both lots. Offers must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 15 October 2026. Offers are ranked by lowest price; if prices are equal, the shorter delivery period takes precedence. Participation requires the specified qualification documents, a technical offer and a financial offer, and compliance with the electronic-signature and Latvian-language submission requirements.
