Reconstruction of the Unity House building at 22A Rīgas Street, Daugavpils

The tender concerns reconstruction of the Unity House building at 22A Rīgas Street in Daugavpils, in accordance with the technical specification and published work volumes. The works must be completed within 14 months, and the procurement is not divided into lots. Offers must be submitted electronically through Latvia’s procurement system and in Latvian. The bidder must have completed at least one qualifying public-building construction, reconstruction or renovation contract between 2021 and the 2026 offer-submission deadline. Evaluation is based on price (97 points) and the responsible construction manager’s relevant experience (up to 3 points).
