Cleaning services for Riga Central Market premises and territory

The procurement concerns cleaning services for Riga Central Market premises and surrounding territory. The contract covers daily basic cleaning, standby cleaning, general cleaning on sanitary days, and periodic special cleaning tasks as well as territory maintenance. The bidder must demonstrate relevant experience by providing two contracts (one for interior cleaning of at least 7,500 m2 and one for territory cleaning of at least 30,000 m2), show financial capacity (average net turnover of at least EUR 2,000,000 over the last three years), meet liquidity requirements, provide civil and professional liability insurance, and hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 or equivalents. A qualified cleaning quality manager (LVS 1051-1:2017/INSTA 800 or equivalent) is required, and Appendix documents (Appendix 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) must be submitted as applicable. If bidding as a consortium, responsibilities may be fulfilled by any member. Wage commitments for two worker groups (9112 and 9613) will be evaluated. The estimated total contract value is up to EUR 3,000,000 (excl. VAT) for 36 months.
