Maintenance of Jaunjelgava transit streets during the 2027 winter season

Summary

The tender covers winter maintenance in 2027 of a 5.151 km section comprising six transit streets in Jaunjelgava: snow clearance and anti-skid treatment with technical salt. The treated lane must be at least 3 metres wide, and the snow-clearance price must include cleaning intersections and access roads. The actual workload will depend on how often snow clearance and spreading are required. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The bidder must submit a technical offer describing the work methods, materials, equipment and work arrangements, together with a list of the vehicles and specialised equipment to be used. At least one season of experience in regular road or street snow clearance during 2023–2026 is required. The bidder must provide an experience description and, generally, a client reference or equivalent evidence. A compliant financial offer is also required, with all costs associated with the work included in the price. Offers must be submitted electronically. The lowest-priced offer will be selected; in the event of a tie, preference goes to the bidder with the highest average employer social insurance contribution per employee over the preceding six months.
