Supply of Commercial Water Meters and Pulse Modules

Summary

The procurement is for commercial water meters and pulse modules for SIA “Rīgas ūdens”. It is divided into 10 lots: mechanical meters DN15–DN100, with pulse modules in some lots; electromagnetic meters DN40–DN150 for drinking water and DN40–DN200 for wastewater; ultrasonic meters DN15–DN100; and pulse modules for Zenner MNK-RP-N meters DN15–DN40. Bids may cover one or several lots. Estimated quantities are used for evaluation and do not oblige the buyer to order all items; each contract runs for 12 months or until the relevant lot’s contract value is reached. Delivery is to a warehouse in Riga, within no more than 120 calendar days of an order. The warranty must be at least 24 months. For each lot, the compliant bid with the lowest price wins. Bidders must demonstrate relevant previous supply experience and the right to distribute the products and maintain the manufacturer’s warranty in Latvia or the EU, and must provide technical evidence that the products meet the specifications.
