Renovation of the main entrance facade, roof and drainage system and insulation of the attic at Kronvalda Boulevard 4

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works at the Latvian Academy of Art building at Kronvalda Boulevard 4 in Riga: renewal of the main entrance facade, replacement or restoration of the roof covering with integrated solar panels in the central roof section, renewal of the rainwater drainage system, and insulation of the attic. The contract is not divided into lots, so the bid must cover the full scope. The estimated value is up to EUR 1,500,000 excluding VAT, the works must be completed within 14 months of contract signing and the building must be handed over for use, and the works have a 60-month warranty. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Latvian e-procurement system by 16 October 2026. The economically most advantageous bid will be selected using a 100-point system: total price up to 75 points, with the remaining points based on the experience of the responsible construction manager, certified roofer, building restoration specialist and certified electrical installation specialist. The successful contractor must provide a 10% performance guarantee and, after completion, a 5% warranty-obligations guarantee. Materials must comply with Latvian or European standards, and goods and services originating in Russia or Belarus may not be used.
