Removal of Snow, Ice and Icicles from Roofs and Roof Gutters

Summary

The procurement covers the removal of snow, ice and icicles from roofs and roof gutters in two lots: Lot 1 concerns roofs with a slope of up to 25°, and Lot 2 concerns roofs with a slope above 25°. Bids must cover both lots, and the contract will be awarded using the lowest combined price for the two lots. Services will be ordered as needed and payment will be made for services actually performed. The contract will run for 36 months, with a possible 24-month extension if sufficient contract funds remain. The estimated total value is up to EUR 600,000 excluding VAT, with up to EUR 300,000 estimated for each lot. Bidders must demonstrate the required experience for both lots they offer, provide a specialist holding a valid industrial climber training certificate, and meet the specified civil liability insurance requirements.
