Supply of 6 mm heating pellets

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of 150 tonnes of 6 mm wood pellets to delivery locations in the Valmiera area. The pellets must meet specific quality requirements: moisture content up to 10%, ash content up to 0.40%, net calorific value of at least 4.8 kWh/kg, ash melting temperature of 1,500°C, and bulk density of 600–750 kg/m³. The estimated contract value is up to EUR 52,500 excluding VAT, and deliveries must be completed by 28 February 2027 at the latest. The procurement is not divided into lots, so the offer must cover the full quantity. Price is the only award criterion. The offer must be submitted electronically in Latvian together with the required qualification, technical and financial documentation.
