Diesel generator rental, servicing and monitoring, and electricity supply at municipal events

Summary

The procurement covers the rental, servicing and monitoring of diesel generators and the provision of electricity, as needed, at events organised by Mārupes Municipality. The contractor must provide the service in accordance with the technical specification in the tender documents and submit an offer for the full scope. The contract will run for up to 36 months or until the ceiling of EUR 41,999.99 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first; the full amount may not be spent. Within five working days after signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide general civil liability insurance with a total liability limit of at least EUR 50,000. The successful offer will be selected on the basis of the lowest evaluated price. To participate, bidders must demonstrate business registration, the availability of at least two specialists with electrical safety group Bz or higher, and relevant experience providing electricity with diesel generators. Offers must be submitted electronically through EIS.
