Supply of wood pellets to the institutions and companies of Aizkraukle Municipality – Repeated procurement

Summary

The tender covers the supply of wood pellets to institutions and companies of Aizkraukle Municipality in six lots. The planned total quantity is 1,327 tonnes, but the quantity may vary by plus or minus 30% in each lot. The contract will remain in force until the full quantity has been purchased, but for no longer than 12 months. The supplier must deliver the pellets within 7 days of an order, unload them and place them at the location specified by the contracting authority. A tender may be submitted for one, several or all lots; variants are not permitted. Tenders will be evaluated separately for each lot on the basis of the lowest price. The tender must be submitted electronically by 14 October 2026.
