Procurement of Laboratory Reagents for Plant Pathology and Molecular Biology

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of laboratory reagents for plant pathology and molecular biology. It is not divided into lots, but a bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all individual product positions. The lowest price excluding VAT will be assessed separately for each position. Framework agreements with a total value of up to EUR 150,000 excluding VAT will be concluded with the winners for a period of two years; additional similar laboratory materials and accessories may be purchased up to 20% of the total framework agreement value. The offer must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 13 October 2026, in Latvian and with the required electronic signature. The bidder must demonstrate the successful performance of at least two similar reagent supply contracts during 2023–2026 and provide the required technical, financial and supporting documents.
