Promoting the use of digital health solutions and communicating with diverse target groups

Summary

The Latvian Digital Health Centre is procuring services in two lots: communications to promote the use of digital health solutions, and improvements and maintenance of its www.ldvc.lv website. Lot 1 covers campaigns promoting the new e-health portal and e-appointment functionality, public information about cross-border exchange of patients’ laboratory data, and other communications activities; its maximum contract value is EUR 235,000 excluding VAT, through 31 December 2029. Lot 2 covers the website redesign and functional improvements, followed by 24 months of maintenance and hosting; improvements are due within four months of contract signature.
